  Lakshmi Energy Board to consider Dividend
 

Lakshmi Energy and Foods Ltd has informed the Stock Exchanges that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 28, 2009, inter alia, for the considering the following:

  1. To consider and approve audited accounts of the Company for the period starting from April 01, 2007 to September 30, 2008.
  2. To consider declaration of dividend.
  3. To determine the period for the closure of the register of members and the share transfer books of the Company.
  4. To fix the date of annual general meeting and matters related thereto.
